Morning or Night? When to sleep?

People of my generation are working really hard to achieve something big in their life. They have big dreams, big strategies, bigger planning but to implement it, there lacks only one thing and that is "TIME". We concentrate more on getting successful just by talking & talking. And that is where our time gets wasted, because the action is not been taken. My basic question here is,  What are these people actually doing then?
And to that my answer is- this generation believes in sleeping and making their dreams come true while sleeping. And here the term sleeping means the real sleeping! So basically my main topic of concern is that our generation is sleeping and that too for longer hours and especially during morning times. 
Yes! Yes! I know what it means, we are awake the whole night just blabbering about the ideas, facts and regular life. With the simple Mantra of eat sleep rave repeat, and sleeping in the morning till the evening and get up during late evenings and then again awake for the whole night. 
Is this kind of schedule justified? The youth is yet unknown about the fact, that they have so many responsibilities to fulfil and if this kind of behavior is expected from our generation, people would be so lethargic that they won't feel like doing any kind of productive work. Adding on, it will also increase the chances of health issues, due to the change of schedule of an individual. 
This generation has accepted a unique lifestyle which is totally opposite to the disciplined schedule and hence it is affecting our body, health and lifestyle. 
This issue should be taken seriously and if anything could be done for this, the suggestions are always appreciated.
